Forms to Complete
All new patients are asked to complete intake forms so we can learn more about you and your condition. You can fill these out when you arrive, or save time by completing them in advance using our downloadable registration forms.
Consultation
After your forms are complete, you’ll meet with the doctor to discuss your concerns, health history, and goals for care. This is a chance to ask questions and explore potential treatment options.
History and Examination
To better understand what’s causing your symptoms, the doctor will ask detailed questions about your condition. A physical examination and specialized tests will then be performed to assess which areas are affected and how severe the issue may be.
X-ray Studies (if needed)
In some cases, X-rays may be recommended to rule out more serious conditions or to help guide your treatment plan.
Same-Day Treatment
In most cases, patients receive their first treatment during this visit. This may include spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, or other supportive treatments based on your needs.
Home Care Instructions
Before you leave, you’ll receive personalized guidance to support your recovery at home. This may include exercises, stretches, or recommendations like applying ice or heat, and avoiding certain movements.
Booking Your Next Appointment
Before you go, we’ll schedule your follow-up visit at a convenient time—typically within 1–2 days. At that appointment, we’ll review your results in detail and go over your recommended treatment plan moving forward.
